New user interface design for Yoi.io
Big companies hire dozens of people every single day. Managers are already busy and don't have time to check-in with their new hires, leaving them alone. A bad first day/week/month leads to high turnover rates (see Chasm below), and companies lose money.
Yoi.io connects managers and new hires with an automated template of tasks and check-ins, so managers can rest easy and new hires are properly onboarded. Users get e-mails and notifications when there's something to do - "Grab a coffee with your new-hire Gus" - and by the end of the template new hires should be properly integrated with the company and team.
The final outcome is: everyone's happy and productive.
"I love the new design! And I love the new illustrations, so much better than the previous artworks."
"I recommend Yoi to any company interested in creating an exceptional first year experience for their new hires!
“Yoi helps us have engaging conversations with all our employees – not just new hires. It’s definitely improved our one-on-ones!”
“Yoi makes sure managers have all the resources they need if they get stuck. Yoi provides consistency in onboarding, and a way to get a pulse on the new hire.”
