New user interface design for Yoi.io

Big companies hire dozens of people every single day. Managers are already busy and don't have time to check-in with their new hires, leaving them alone. A bad first day/week/month leads to high turnover rates (see Chasm below), and companies lose money.

New Hire's Journey - Productivity X Time: Yoi.io prevents employees to disconnecting from their role and team, leaving the company within 3 or 6 months, even before starting their full work productivity. Between millennials this happens even earlier.

Yoi.io connects managers and new hires with an automated template of tasks and check-ins, so managers can rest easy and new hires are properly onboarded. Users get e-mails and notifications when there's something to do - "Grab a coffee with your new-hire Gus" - and by the end of the template new hires should be properly integrated with the company and team.

The final outcome is: everyone's happy and productive.
